The Three Graces - I'm interested in taking micro elements from nature and rearranging them so that the viewer can see them in a new context with wonder. As I was arranging this piece I was reminded of The Three Graces. The Three Graces goes back to mythology and represents three goddesses. The poet Hesiod describes the three goddesses: Agliaia (representing radiance), Euphrosyne (representing joy), and Thalia (representing flowering). Together, they constitute an ideal of beauty and grace.
